2. Explanation

Blending oil contains paraffinic based mineral base oils, emulsifiers, antistatics and special additives.
Does not contain restricted chemicals. Does not contain nonylphenols.
It minimizes fiber-metal, fiber-fiber friction and prevents wear and breaking of ropes.
Provides high fiber cohesion and resistance and dimension to the yarn.
Prevents static electricity on the fiber.
Due to its high wetting properties, it reduces the surface tension of the fiber and allows oil to penetrate.
Yarns can be easily washed and combed by means of detergent additives.

3. Application

The emulsion is prepared by adding 5%-10% blending oil oil to water.

4. Shelf Life

It should be stored between 5°C and 35°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.

5. Packaging

20L, 30L, 60L of plastic drums, 200L of barrels or 1000L of IBC.
